123 Collections will begin work, free of charge, to secure any debts your business is struggling to collect and there are absolutely no costs to you until successful collection is achieved.
123 Collections is a small organisation with years of experience and extensive contacts in the debt collection industry. The service we provide allows you to avoid the excessive legal fees which do not guarantee success in the limited liability system in which we operate. Unlike a solicitor, we spend our time without an upfront charge to try to recover what is owed to your company.
Covering Costs
Before 123 Collections begins securing the money owed to you, statutory interest and late payment fees are added to the outstanding balance in line with the Late Payment of Debts Act. When the debt is paid in full, it often will cover the collection costs we charge. 123 Collections will also run credit checks on the debtor company when first instructed to collect, and continue to monitor this status during the collection process.
Our Methods
We contact debtors via letters, email, and phone calls. We work closely with you informing you if a debtor makes an offer of a settlement or payment plan and offer our expertise, if necessary, to assist you or the relevant person in your company in making a decision on settling or further escalating the debt.
How We Care
If 123 Collections are unable to reach a favourable collection for you after an agreed period of time, we will advise if making a claim using the court system would be a viable and profitable option for you, depending on the state of the debtor company and size of the debt owed.
